Each CHN Member Organization is eligible to participate in each purchasing program, but all participation is voluntary and members can select exactly which programs they prefer to use.
CHN staff work as the liaison between the vendors and organization members to facilitate the enrollment process. Once enrolled the member's ordering, billing, and other related tasks are handled directly between the member organizations and vendors.
Discounted broadband connectivity and IT equipment purchases are ordered through CHN and the associated costs are then passed on to the ordering member.
